The diaphragm not only plays the role of conveying the medium, but also isolates the compressed air and the medium in the cavity of the pneumatic diaphragm pump. 1. Ensure that the largest particle contained in the fluid does not exceed the maximum safe particle diameter standard of the pump.
2. Tighten the pump and all connecting pipe joints to prevent electrostatic sparks generated by the split pump due to vibration, impact and rubbing.
3. Use antistatic hose. To periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system, the grounding resistance is required to be less than 100 ohms.
4. Keep good exhaust and ventilation, keep away from flammable, explosive and heat sources.
5. The manufacturer of the Pneumatic diaphragm pump tells you that the intake pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable working pressure of the pump. Compressed air higher than the rated pressure of the pipeline pump may cause personal injury and property loss and damage the performance of the pump.
